I have worked in Dhanbad for 10 years. After resigning, I received the EPF amount and the balance portion of EPF, i.e., the pension amount. I obtained the scheme certificate from the PF office in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Following that company, I moved to Bangalore and worked at 3/4 companies, some with PF and some without. Where PF was available, I completed the final settlement and received the final payment of EPF along with my employer's share. Currently, I have been working in a company for nearly 5 years and have been assigned a UAN No.
Now, my questions are:
1) How do I transfer the pension amount from the Ranchi PF office to the Bangalore PF office? Please note that when I left the job in Dhanbad, there was no UAN. What is the process for this transfer?
2) What would be more beneficial for me - to accumulate the pension with the present EPF account or not to accumulate it?
