Hi,
Can I transfer only my pension amount from the previous employer to the current employer? I have withdrawn my PF from my previous employer's provident fund trust. Now, I am unable to follow up with the government EPF office because I am in Maharashtra, and the EPF office is in Karnataka. Please guide me on how I can get my pension fund amount. I submitted Form 10 C to my previous employer at the time of F&F, and the last employer confirmed that they had submitted it to the EPF office in March 2012. Should I resubmit Form 10 C to the last employer? I submitted Form 13 to my current employer, and the HR department informed me that only the pension cannot be transferred.

Hi,
According to me, you can't transfer your EPS balance because, as you said, you already withdrew your PF amount. However, there is a question about how old your PF account is. If it's more than 9 years old, then you can transfer your EPS. But if it's less than 9 years old, then you have already withdrawn all the amount.
After 9 years, employees will only get EPF, which means 12%+3.67%, and 8.33% will go into the EPS account, which you will receive at the age of 58 years.
If it's less than 9 years, then you have already received the full amount: 12%+12%.

Hi,
First, tell me:
1) What is your age?
2) Have you received a scheme certificate from PF against the 10C?
If you are under 50 and have completed 10 years of your pensionable service, then you should have received a scheme certificate. If you now join another PF applicable company before turning 50, you can transfer the pensionable service to the current PF account.

Vijay

Dear Rajesh,
First, you should check your bank account to see where the PF amount has been transferred. There may be two entries, one for PF and another for the pension amount.
If you have completed more than 9.5 years (i.e., 9 years and six months) of service, you will not receive your pension amount. Instead, PF will issue either a Scheme certificate or pension based on your age and choice.
If you are below 50 years of age, you will be issued a Scheme Certificate, which you must preserve until you turn 50 years old or reach your retirement age of 58 years.
For individuals above 50 years old, you can choose to apply for either a scheme certificate or pension, but at a reduced rate. More information can be found at the following link: [Welcome to Employees' Provident Fund Organization Delhi Region](http://www.epfdelhi.gov.in/pensionscheme.asp).

Hi,
I transferred my PF online using Form 13, and the PF amount got transferred successfully. However, I can only see the PF amount transferred and not the EPS amount. Could you please advise me on how to track my EPS amount?
Is Form 13 not sufficient for the transfer, or is EPS not included in the transferred amount? Do I need to submit a separate request for my EPS transfer? If so, please guide me through the procedure.
Thank you in advance.
