Dear Akansha,
Transfer of employees from one department to another is the internal matter of your company. We the members of this forum are outsiders and cannot give the required draft. Therefore, I recommend you writing the draft and uploading it here. Some senior like to me will correct it. Roughly, you may include the following points:
The date of transfer
Conditions of transfer, if any. If the performance is satisfactory, will they be reinstated to their present department?
Who will be their reporting authority?
What will be their Job Description (JD)?
Who will measure their performance, when it will be measured and on what parameters will it be measured?
Will the general terms and conditions of employment remain same or is there any change? If there is any change, then outline what will be changed.
Break-up of the salary components
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
