Please guide me in a manufacturing unit can we write on labour contractor agreement as labour supplier.if not then what can we write on contract agreement.because contractor is suppling manpower to factory.

I do not see why it should be a problem to specify in the agreement that he is suppose to supply labour
However in the log term, if the workers are working on production / core activity, then they can claim to be made permanent. It's better to give a contract for delivery of a result and show that the workers are not under direct control of the principal employer
