I have two UAN numbers, one from previous employment and the other from current employment. I applied for a transfer from the Old UAN to the New UAN online. The amount in the Old UAN account has been successfully transferred to the new one. However, the issue now is that the service history from the Old UAN is not reflecting in the New UAN number. Kindly suggest what can be done.

Dear First activate both the UAN. Then go for linking both the UAN Numbers in single UAN. After approval of the Employer, take the print out of Form 13 and approach concerned EPF Office.
