Can any one pls let me know how to pay Labor Licence Fees online for Renewal as well as getting new licence too in Gujarat. We are Building & Construction Company. Also let me know that how much Fees company has to bare for Licence Renewal & getting new licence.

Dear Ankit,
Firstly you shall have to create your company's profile on Gujarat Government's official portal " Investors Facilitation Portal (I.F.P.)". After creating company's profile, you shall have to create/insert details of project which requires many details as to 1) Name of the Project 2) Address details with pin code number 3) whether proposed project is to be carried out on your or somebody'd owned land or on Government's land and accordingly if it is to be carried out on government land, you shall have to obtain necessary permissions from government bodies. 3) Whether your proposed project is going to create any pollution and if so you shall have to obtain necessary permission from Pollution Control Board. 4) You shall also have to obtain Udyog Aadhar Number (U.A.N.) which can be obtain on line and for that you should have sufficient information of your company as to investment in plant & machinery. After inserting project details, the system will automatically display as to what type of permissions you are required to obtain for undertaking proposed project. As regards Labour License fees, you shall have to pay it online and necessary option is already available on site but still you shall have to remit labour deposit amount physically at respective labour office.
