Please help me in making the HR policy of a company. The company is a niche knowledge and business solutions provider for companies that need assistance with their Corporate Finance, Business Risk & Corporate Governance, and Financial Reporting related matters.

What is HR policy? How does it made? How can we verify? Is it just for a company or for entire industry? Do employees have any no role in making HR policies?

The subject heading of your post is "HR Policies." You have used the singular noun "policy" and not the plural. Was this a grammatical mistake, or did you mean it figuratively?

To effectively handle employees in the company, you cannot rely on just one policy. You need to have a whole set of policies covering areas such as recruitment, training, promotion, performance, etc. Therefore, please clarify exactly what you need.
