:-DHi everyone...
I have a question. Actually I am working in a dealership of Maruti. In the last month our one employee was absent from 1st to 15th August. In this period we have three national holidays (Raksha Bandhan, Janmastmi & Independence Day). So the question is that should we give him the salary of these three days or not because he was contniously absent in this period .Please suggest.
