Hi everybody,
Annual Turnover/No. of employees/12 months - Can anyone tell me what the above formula is? I want to find out how much was spent on human resources for a fiscal year. I am trying to determine whether the amount spent on salaries was marginal compared to the turnover or if it was more. Please either provide me with the formula for this calculation or let me know if the above formula will give me the data I am looking for.
Regards,

Dear HR Gurus,
I was really expecting some kind of advice on my problem. Can you please explain to me how to calculate that the investment made in HR was marginal and not exorbitant, i.e., when compared to the annual turnover.
Anyway, I have started collecting data on how many employees left and joined the company for that fiscal year. Can any guru advise me step by step on what I have to do?
Regards,
Umama
