Hi Bidhan Haldar,
You have to fill FORM 19 to withdraw your EPF from the previous company. You have to get the previous employer's signature, i.e., Authorized Signature, on the FORM 19.

Hi, Bidhan.
Please tell me, are you currently working with any organization nowadays? If yes, then the better option for you is to TRANSFER YOUR EPF and download Form No. 13 Transfer form. This form does not require the Authorized signature of the previous company, making the process very easy.
If you fill out Form No. 19 and 10C, it may require additional documents like Bank Account details (A/c. 3A), and others.

Dear Bidhan,
You have two options:
Withdrawal of PF & Pension: by submitting form no. 10C & 19, if your service is more than six months. If your service is less than 6 months than you are not liable for claiming your pension fund amount. In such a case, you have to fill only form no. 19 and send it to the PF dept through your previous employer after completing the rest of the formalities.
The second option is to transfer PF to your current employer's PF account by filling form no. 13.
