this is the first step in any six sigma initiative..
evey organsiation has limited resorces so focus them on what customers want.
another way is run a pareto analysis on what are the current grievances/ feedback/ transaction volumes and act accordingly...

Hi Minal,
Linking the Internal customer satisfaction and the HR is one of the Perspective of Balanced scorecard. The internal customers are various departments of the organization. You can go for a steady survey or questionnaire where you can certainly trap the satisfaction level of the customer and develop few measures that would also help the organization to improve the satisfaction level.
