I am planning to start a reward points system in my current company to motivate employees (number of employees - 30). Kindly suggest criteria on which they can earn points. For example, one of the criteria could be 100% target achievement.

Please describe the type of work, job description, and responsibilities to be assigned. Include the time frame, levels of employees, and stages based on importance. Additionally, clarify if the jobs involve individuals or team assignments led by a team leader, and specify the team size.

There are departments like Accounts, Admin, Graphic team, and Digital Marketing. The target for their work is not in numbers but in timelines/deadlines to complete tasks. The staff is mainly involved in teamwork. The total employee strength is 30; hence, each team consists of not more than 5-6 members.

Some criteria I have listed down are Time Management, Attendance, Punctuality, and Teamwork. I am looking for a few more criteria on which they can earn points.
