I think mercury is present in the normal tube lights in our home as well as in th CFL lights... Please put more light into this please... Whether we have to take all precautions what mentioned in the document when comes to a normal tube light and CFL Bulb?

I was discussed the topic with my friends i got this information during our convensation.Especially since starting January of next year, incandescent light bulbs may not be made or sold in the USA for residential or non-industrial purposes.Don't yet know how impacts from this will trickle down to the US installations (bases, embassies, residential enclaves, etc) that are OCONUS.
