Dear Mr. Malik,
First, examine which Act relating to the grant of CL is applicable to your establishment, and then review the leave provisions in that applicable Act to understand the grant of casual leaves.

Dear Intellectuals,
The Factories Act does not mention Casual Leave at all. If you come across any Section or Rule in the Factories Act, please share it here.
The Shops & Establishment Act outlines the following: Casual Leave - 12 days, Sick Leave - 12 days, and Privilege Leave - 12 days.
Additionally, in some factories, individuals refer to Earned Leave as Privilege Leave. According to the Factories Act, it should be termed Earned Leave since it is earned after every 20 days of work. The maximum Earned Leave a person can accrue in a year is 15 days if they started on January 1st. Privilege Leave is governed by the Shops & Establishment Act, and the term is commonly used in corporate sectors.
As one gentleman mentioned, it is advisable to refer to the specific Service Rule of your state.
