You can have books on S & E Act, nearby your S & E Office. You can refer those books. In that it is clearly mentioned in details. I also had the same for our Organisation.

Under Shop Act of TN, El- 12, Cl-12, & Sl -12 are eligble. El is eligible after an employee puts an year of service in the company for the employee is actually " earning" his leave.
Bare Act on TN shop act is available in leading books dealing law books.
