Can anyone shed some light on the latest HR interventions in the manufacturing and IT sectors? If I want to introduce some effective HR interventions, what should I focus on, especially for people working in a factory whose qualifications range from ITI in Electronics to a degree in Electronics?

Hello Vinay, The question is, Intervention to achieve what? What problem or problems do you have that you want the intervention to fix? Or what aspect of the company’s performance is going well but you want to improve?
It seems to me you have a solution looking for a problem. Or even, you have a non-solution looking for a problem.
