I am a student pursuing MBA in Human Resources. It's my summer internship these days. The project that i have got is Industrial Relationships which is less interesting. I have also analysed 1 to 2 cases but they fail to hold my attention for long.
What should i do??
How can i make my project interesting and lively to work on??
I get confused due to which I am loosing my self confidence & keep on thinking whether i'll be able to complete this project or not.
Please help.

The first problem you face is your belief that your project is less interesting. Can you outline what would be more interesting topics? Begin by trying to find something interesting in what you are doing.
The second problem is that the topic Industrial Relationships is very vague. As a result you are unable to understand what the objective of the summer training assignment involves. Obviously then the way forward regarding the scope of the project, the data to be studied and the overall contents of the project report would be very hazy and frustrating. The solution here is to define the Project title clearly. You may have to seek the help of your guide in college and also the guide at work to arrive at the project title.
To make the case studies more interesting, view them as live examples where people are involved and you are an observer who is called upon to arbitrate / participate in the issues. This will make you more involved in understanding the case and help you appreciate the outcome better.
It will also help to find some HR related project reports from your college/ colleagues/ seniors so that you are able to visualize how their project was done. This will also give you the outline of the project report and perhaps you can attempt to use the outline to start the work on your project thesis.
If you still find yourself lost both in doing the assignment as well as in the work environment, you will have to find a mentor to help you out.
