Dear Sir,
In almost all factroies-morethan50/100 employees, they have to get the certification of Standing
Orders of the Firm. In it everything will be covered. (It is a statutory)
In other establishments (IT Firms), they will prepare HR Manual. The Big Factories/institutions were
also following to have clear cut policy and to be known to everybody.
They have to prepare themselves by keeping the Management policy into consideration.
(It is voluntary only- Not statutory).
