Maternity (on ESIC) Leave payment - organization needs to pay a maternity leave Bonus (186 days Salary)?

Dear Team Member, Suppose a female employee is on maternity leave and she claims leave payment from ESIC. Then, the organization needs to pay a maternity leave Bonus (186 days Salary) under the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.

Please guide with any supportive document.
