It gives me immense pleasure to share with you that Sequel Consulting added one more feather to its cap last week !
Our recent offsite for Mercedes in Goa was a huge success, where amongst other activities, we also had the world famous simulation ‘Search for the Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine’ (LDGM) for the employees of Mercedes Benz India and Mercedes Benz Financials. LDGM is a fun and highly energetic way of collaboration, idea generation and brain storming.
The debrief involved aspects like team work, effective communication amongst team players, problem solving, managing resources, planning, execution and collaboration. The most important aspect of LDGM is that, that how collectively as a team, we can overcome the challenges that we face in our personal and professional lives and the success of our organization lies in collaboration and not competition within the organization.
A huge hit with corporates like Igate, Metropolis India, UTV, Intel, Syntel, CGI, JP Morgan Chase, Mahindra and Mahindra, Vodafone, Tata Tele Services, Piaggio, Mercedes Benz Finance, LDGM can be simulated for any audience group from the age of 18-80 and the number of participants can go up to as high as 600 !
Sequel aspires to work together with organizations like yours with an aim to increase ROI, motivate people to have clear goals, active involvement and taking ownership, lower down the fear and sharing the risk.
