I would like to know that If any HR and any employee joins the new organization & recently there is no HR. So if the New HR wants to fill the paper of ESI of new employee then, what is the procedure, which form HR has to fill & to whom he has to submit?Kindly revert your answer ASAP.

Dear All,
You have to fill ESI declaration form 1 for all esi covered employees, and you can get the temporary identity card from your online registration, and same you can submit esi local office.
for PF you have fill the PF declaration form 2 and submit to the PF dept.

All the necessary forms are uploaded on the websites that will give you a clear idea about the procedures and the need for such forms.
Also, "Workmen's Compensation Act" is now referred as "Employees Compensation Act".
