You have got all the advice you need on this issue, good luck with your registration, just in case if you have any difficulty with the process at Karmikra Bhawan, let me know and I'll talk to the relevant officer.
Please note that you need to inform of any change in details provided from time to time to the area circle inspector of the department and get the amended certificate. For eg. number of employees, change of office address etc., also make sure you comply with the mandatory maintaining of registers etc. The concerned area circle inspector will be conducting periodic visits to ascertain that all the rules are followed.
