Our org. got renamed in the year of 2008 April. But the ESI and PF registration remained with the formar name. Now I want to change the
org. name the ESI and PF accounts.
What is the proceedure to change the org. name in ESI & PF accounts? What would be the implications, if we do not change the org. name?

Please send the following to the respective offices.
1.A letter written on behalf of authorised signatory to the effect of change on the letter head of new name.
2.Copy of board resolution.
3.True copy of letter received from ROC in case of a company. In other case copy of letter received from other authority.
If you donot get the name changed it can be put you in a great mess because you may be charged working without registration.
