I strongly believe that attrition rate can be improved in bpo industry. As Ive already worked there and I understand, main causes r job satisfaction, odd timings, stress and behaviur issues and less opportunity fr the promotion are the main factors affecting the attrition rate. But I do nt agree with the statement they move just 500 raise.
They get frustated with the nature of the job thts also a reason to switch then health issues are also there.

Every job is challenging. If you have skills in the proper field then you can face it easily. Working in BPO is also a great task as well. The career in HR field is very progressive but you need to be very clear about your future when you are going to for any career.
