Hi Raj, I really don’t understand the reason behind you asking for a relieving letter in this forum. Is there any specific reason behind that?

I agree with PON and MAHESH, and dear, you must not ask for this. This is not an ethical demand. We don't know the reason behind your request, but we would certainly suggest you avoid this kind of mistake in the future, which can endanger you in many ways.

Hmmmmm
Looks like a case of intended fraud. Did you leave Reliance without notice to join Vodafone? Or did you tell Vodafone you worked for Reliance when you didn't? Anyone reading the post will assume you want to modify the letter and put your name on it. It's a different matter asking for format, and different asking for format with a logo.

Dear all,
I must compliment all those who straightaway declined his requirement and also advised him against it. I am an HR consultant conducting antecedent verification/background checks for organizations for the past 5 years in the South. This is one of the services I offer. I have verified the employment history of 400 candidates and other aspects of their profiles. I have rejected the candidacy of several candidates without any hesitation in cases of forgery, misappropriation, fraudulent conduct, and bad relationships with colleagues and customers.
This youngster seems to take things for granted. He is actually trying to find someone who shares the same level of thinking and attitude. Please refrain from such a shortcut method in career progress. It will surely come back with much more intensity, with all the fallout effects, at a time when you least expect such a development.

Rajkumar,
Your email ID indicates that you are somehow linked with Vodafone. Then why Reliance? You are mistaken; this forum is not for obtaining fake documents. HR professionals share knowledge in this forum. Do not ask for any such document that could directly harm your career. Any fake document submitted to the HR department will always be subject to scrutiny. Beware of your future; it's time to work hard and earn your reputation rather than seeking other means, as you assumed.
