I am newly appointed as an HR Manager for a private university. I need to implement policies as this department is new for this institute. Can anybody help me out to give clear guidelines on what policies or steps I need to take? They already have an Admin department that handles all processes of filing, etc. How can I show my efficiency in implementing some new strategies? They already have PF, gratuity, maternity leave, etc.
