Asha has given a very valid point. As a person handling contract labour including technical workers in Hindustan petroleum, I have come across many kinds of salary slips. This kind of one is quiet common. You see the net salary of the parson is only Rs 6000 something. This type of salary sliip is given by many small companies. One example is Hindustan Dorroliver. Teir permanent employees also gets this kind of salary slips.

Itseems that it is totally a fake payslip. Becuse there are very significant and essentials things which are missing. They are Employee ID No., Designation, P.F No., P.T deductions.
So, now you can take neccessary action against him.

its totally fake no of days is not mentioned Loan deduction is mentioned as 15, 000 whereas it is not deducted over there After deduction of TDS & PF it must come as Rs.21,125/-

Hi, Its fake.. you dont find the following: PF NO Emp Id LOGO NO of days attended No other break ups other than basic and HRA PT missing IF tds has been deducted.. Regards Shubha

May be Genuine, You cannot come to an conclusion by seeing this slip. I used to get a similar salary slip when I was working for my earlier company.
Difficult arriving to an conclusion, please call the company HR and send them this slip and verify.

I think its fake (But LOGO of the Company is looks real) ...because this Salary Slip do not Carry the foolowing points :-
1) Designation of the Employee
2) Employee ID
3) Location
4) No.of day Present
5) Leave availed during month
& mainly
6) PF NO. (compulsory in this case because Salary Slip shows that the company deducting the PF from the Salary.)
7) ESIC No.(Optional)
8) Bank Account Number where Salary is Credited.
AND Find the format of the salary slip something look like this.
