1. jort down the positive points/ your experience of your previous organisation.
2. add few new points in the existing experience.
3. start training of employees.
4. inform the employees about your innovative plans.
5. also, do inform about what kind of support you are looking from them and how important they are in your ideas.
Just try to take the ideas from your employees too. This will motivate them.
