I want to draft an attractive mail.
We all had a team outing last weekend and it was extremely fun filled, each one of us enjoyed a lot. We played otudoor games, did water sport activities, DJ and campfire.
I want to share the link of the pics and along with that I want to acknowledge evrybody that the team outing wouldn't have been successful without everyone's presence.
Request to suggest me some catchy lines so that the people who missed will realize that they had missed something really good.
Can anybody please help me out with this.

This is a very common problem we all face when we organize an outing, many ditch even at the last minute...
All I would do if i were in your place is simply create a mail which reflects the amazing fun we had, state a few funny/ high on adrenaline incidents with pictures, and say how much we wish those who missed were there too..
