These are some small exercises that you can apply in your organization at a low cost:

1. On the last weekend of each month, you can arrange a meeting to celebrate the birthdays of all those whose birthdays fall in that month. The birth dates can be obtained from your data. You must arrange a cake according to the number of employees one day prior.

2. Arrange a complimentary lunch for the new joiner on their joining day.

3. You can organize a snacks party in the evening.

4. Schedule a day for a doctor to come in every week at a specific time for regular employee check-ups.

5. Ensure you have a first aid box, which you should already have.

6. You can also award an Employee of the Month with a trophy and certificate during the birthday celebration party.

Likewise, you may arrange many more things to maintain a positive environment.
