If a professional is working in India and gets options to work in different locations of the world how he would negotiate on salary terms . Is their any salary conversion table/ chart for professionals?

That's a very good question. I never thought about it.
I myself have worked in multiple countries and have faced the same issue.
Generally, the company you are joining would have certain criteria for pay structures.
As far as negotiating on your part is concerned, I have just asked people around with same level of experience in my field.
