i understand what criteria's to be used to make salary comparison, but i want to know what compensation & benefits, pay offered by other companies in the same cadre.
for example, for the position of planning engineer, the salary is AED 10000, i want to know how much is the salary, the other companies offer for this position along with other compensation & benefits.
Its simply to say how to make benchmarking?
Is there any consulting firms which offer salary survey results in dubai?
If any one know abt this, kindly help...
