In our company we are paying performance linked incentive(PLI) to employees at all levels.Can anybody tell is there any fixed criteria to determine PLI percentage? I assume it is different for different grades.
e.g. If the total CTC is INR 5 lacs so how much will be the fixed pay and PLI .(can we give 4 lacs as Fixed pay and 1 lac as PLI .)
It will be great if i get maximum views and feedbacks.
