i am like a kid in this hr world
i am currently doing my masters in industrial psychology
we are taught some good test for personality testing namely MBTI,FIRO-B,SPIRO-M,MAO,
there are more test like MAP-A(adults),LQ test for leadership qualities and many more.
but these are good on reliability and validity

I too require some predesigned psychometric tests for recruitment purpose...
What I understand from most of these replies is that we would have to outsource the activity to an external agency but what i am looking for, is a software that may be used without an experts help...
we feed in the options that the candidates have given and we get the assessment....such a software should be reusable so that it may be used on different candidates...
there are times that we visit numerous campuses for recruitment where it is not possible to have computers provided to all candidates thus, ideally it the test should be such that can be taken on paper and options later fed into the system in batches...
If theres anyone who has any info on this please reply at the earliest..
