Hello,

You worked for a couple of companies as a Recruiter. Are you still inthe job?

You are doing MBA from ICFAI-distance? What do you do in the rest of your time?

Have you thought of your own life? I mean the VISION?

With requisite intelligence one can achieve a lot of certification and none of them may be related to what one may really be liking to do in life!

At this stage is the job your NEED?
Is there any specific reason to do ICFAI-distance?

If you wish to be in the management world as a career choice, then your MBA should be from such an institute as is respected in industry! IIMs, Symbiosis etc.

To even think what you should be doing in your life, is OUR job UNLESS we know you sufficiently. Also do not let others tell you what you should be doing. Discussions with friends, teachers, seniors and deep introspection generally point to something suitable to you.

You are right. What I am saying here is for all like you-sailing in the same boat. To build a home you have to first decide that you wish to build a home. You cannot simply say that well, i have the resources, let me expend and finally wonder why the home did not get built!

So first decide. what all you wish to achieve in life. The let us worry whether you have the wherewithall to do all those things.

It is a GOOD idea to go to a progfessional psychologist and take a "personality test" and "an aptitude test". This will help you look at the future a lot more clearly. These are scientific tests and are backed by years of research by Industrial psychilogists all ove the world? I am sure Hydrabad will have a lot of such qualified people who are trained and qwualified to conduct psychological tests. Your University Department of Psychology can also guide you to such professionals!

Kindly revert with your findings for amore meaningful discussion.

Hi,

Thanks for your immediate feedback, here are my answers to your questions

1) Right now i am not doing any Recruitment Job, the reason is my home is ongole a small town in andhra pradesh. I got married this feb, as my parents are old. i came to ongole and to take care of them.

In these 2 years of my ICFAI MBA study i am having 2 plans in my mind they are

1) working as external travel agent for Make My Trip, where its like selling tour products and get commissions and incentives on those products ( The reason for taking this one is in ongole being a small town we dont have good jobs or any jobs related to what i did in past. So doing MBA is not a easy task, so i thought slowly if i sell a tour product in a span of 2 months i can earn a bit more and it all depends on my study, my timings and totally my control )

2) Sitting in house and concentrate on MBA and finish it

I gone through all the managent tests in brainbench, I am Certified in HR Concepts UK, Internet Research US, and personality tests etc etc

Please suggest me because working for Make My Trip is also a business, i need to have my own targets to get amounts that i can run my life here for 2 years, after completion of MBA i will be having experiance with Make My Trip and i can better know how to deal with people in various aspects.

Does my Thinking is right

Thanking You

As you are already doing MBA from reputed institute, you need not to do anyother course. The said MBA is sufficient to be best in HR. As you have already in recruitment exp., its nice you are doing MBA. It will give you complete HR personlity. You need not to further worry about future and future is in your hand after completing MBA
