I was offered a job of Enterprise Account Manager in my offer letter, basis which I accepted and joined the Company. Post reporting and joining they informed me that the person to whom I was hired as replacement has decided to stay back and they offered me a different job of Commercial Account Manager.
There is a huge difference in the new role offered as Enterprise Account Manager was purely farming role, but Commercial Account Manager role is purely hunting and acquistion which I am not very comfortable.
Kindly let me know how do I take this up with organisation.
Should I take this up with HR or Legal or Ethics with in the organisation, kindly advise.
