Her specializations include Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, Employee Communication, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations. Over the years, she has set up an Onboarding cell, Employee Engagement Team, Shared Services, and implemented PeopleSoft for the APAC region apart from playing a key role during mergers.
