Need a Draft Policy on Minimum Work Hours to get the productive 8hrs work in each day

Please help me with the policy on Minimum Work Hours.

We work from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (1hr break). Help me to introduce a policy to ensure 8 hours of productive work each day.

Additionally, I would like to explore potential actions we can take if this policy is not followed.

Is your office/establishment subject to the Factories Act or the Shops and Establishment Act? Working hours are specified in these acts, which need to be followed.

We are a startup of 3 years and registered under the Shops and Establishment Act. We have 90+ employees.

Kindly refer to the Karnataka Shops and Establishment Act for working hours and regulate your office timings accordingly.
