Please help me with the policy on Minimum Work Hours.
We work from 9.30am to 6.30pm (1hr break). Help me to introduce a Policy to get the productive 8hrs work in each day.
Looking at actions we can take if this is not followed.

Is your office/establishment subject to Factories ct or shops and establishment act ? Working hrs are specified in these acts which need to be followed.
