Hi,
I am the only HR in my company, I need to develop policies in my company and currently I am also working with employee handbook creation. I need help of experienced HR professionals, so that I can give my best results to the company.
I want my company to grow, so please share your views so that I can take initiative for the growth and Development of my company.

Thanks for for replying. right now I am working on employee handbook. My CEO want me to work on reviews, Employee handbook and Training. Our organization is lacking on these three. Just want to know step by step process. Or you can say I need guidance, I am the only HR in my department and sometimes its very tough for me to decide whatever m doing is right or not.

5) Compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity Etc.)

Hi,
Thanks Everyone for their valuable suggestions. I am done with my Employee Handbook. Now I am working with Performance appraisal. Please let me know the whole process of performance appraisal. How to start and how to make performance sheet. Please let me know, Is performance report is taken monthly and than evaluation is done quarterly or yearly. How do we give rating and yearly evaluation ids done by which method. I am very new to this field. It is My first job, I have many questions. I want to learn many things and need guidance which is very necessary for my growth. Please help me.
