HR Interventions

Hi All
Can any one put some light on latest HR Interventions in Manufacturing and IT Sectors ?
If i want to introduce some good HR Interventions then what i have to introduce especially for people who are working in factory thier qualifications range from ITI - Electronics to - Electronics ?

Hello Vinay, The question is, Intervention to achieve what? What problem or problems do you have that you want the intervention to fix? Or what aspect of the company’s performance is going well but you want to improve?
It seems to me you have a solution looking for a problem. Or even, you have a non-solution looking for a problem.
