You mentioned notification by the state government. I think that was state of delhi. Please let me know how I can find the notification for other states. Also, what would be the effect of the word "commercial establishment" being missed in the delhi notification

I am Azad Singh, working as a assistant professor in a private college, seeking your guidance as there are more than 50 persons are working. The institutes is governed through trust. there are lots of institute which are doing same kind of activity. these institute are producing lots of engineers and management graduates, But teaching and non teaching employees are deprived from ESI and PF Facility. I am requesting you all please help me in this regards so that all persons can be benefited and their future can be secured. Your expert comments and feedback are welcomed.

1. Sir, I may inform that so far as I know, the appropriate government had issued notification vide which the provisions of ESI Act, 1948 have been extended under section 1(5) to educational institutions (including public, private, aided or partially aided) run by an individual, trust, society or other organisation employing 10 or more persons in the National Capital Territory, Delhi. For further information, if required, the appropriate office of ESIC can be contacted. For coverage under EPF&MPs Act, 1952 the appropriate office of EPFO can be contacted, if desired.
2. However, it will be more better if you may disclose the name of the State in which said teaching institution is located.
