Hi all,

Appraisal time is here in our company, and my management has asked me about my self-appraisal. However, I don't want to fill out my self-appraisal form myself because I did so last year. This year, I would like to give my senior the chance to fill out my appraisal form and also inquire about my performance evaluation from my senior.

I am unsure of what to write to my senior since she has sent me the appraisal form. I want to draft a letter regarding my appraisal. Can anyone help me with what I should write? Also, please let me know if it is the right decision or not.

Thank you.

You have to follow the company procedure. If you have to fill the form initially then you got to do that. Obviously, your seniors will appraise it and you will get to know your feedback.
