I have also a query related !!!!!
Can any one help me to know, if there is any process of withdrawal for a shop & commertcial resistration.
Note: A branch of my Org. is already resister under, shop & commertcial act, but now the branch is closed & we wants to close the resistration. is there any specific form, if yes please provide me.

To withdrawal from shop & commercial registration employer has to notify to the inspector within 10 days of his closing the establishment in writing about the said closure. After getting the information the inspector will verify the correctness if inspector will be satisfied about correctness remove such establishment from the register of establishment and cancel the registration certificate.
