Your question regarding leave can be answered as follows:
Leave with wages in S&CE Act is, where an employee is eligible for 1 Leave with wages after every 20 working days in case of adult, 1 day every 15 days in case of young person. For more information refer: S&CE Act-Chapter IV.

- Casual Leave: 12 days leave per annum
Both types of leave are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
