Few additions!
Giving books on birthdays makes employees feel remembered and also helps maintain the relationship even after they have left. We provide motivational books and improvement ideas through this activity.
Additionally, we have a club within the organization that holds activities. For instance, we recently celebrated Independence Week, and on Friday, we concluded the week with a small function featuring spontaneous performances. Such events encourage employees and enhance their sense of belonging to the organization. I shall add more.
