Hi, I am not much more able to answer your question but let's try because I am doing, but it is difficult to explain to you in writing.

1. Register of fines
2. Register of advances
3. Register of wages
4. Muster roll
5. Renewal form
6. Half-yearly returns form.

1. Register of fines - Just inform your contractor about your concerns, and then you can follow up for your updated record with a copy of the same to create a register. Record inside if any laborers/workers take leave, are absent, or misbehave, which results in a fine by the contractor. This must be entered into the register with the date/day/place/reason.

2. Register of advances - Any individual taking advance pay should provide all their information, which must be recorded in the register.

3. Register of wages - The monthly pay register should have the signature or thumbprint of the workers before releasing payment.

4. Muster roll - Displays the strength of workers and their presence.

5. Renewal form - A month before the labor license of the contractor expires, the company should issue an extension letter for the renewal of the contract.

6. Half-yearly returns form - In this procedure, you should seek assistance from the accounts department and complete form no. 24, which is filled out by the HR personnel every six months. In short, there are two forms per year, with complete details of the contractor. At the end of the year, another form, form no. 25, is filled out and submitted to the labor officer.

Please note that for registers from serial number 1 to 4, you should prepare two copies - one original and one duplicate. Keep the duplicate with you but maintain all records in your file.

I don't know how much this helps you, but it's not always possible to clarify everything in writing. I am trying my best.
