Dear All,
Can you please provide inputs on Confidentiality Agreement/Clause that are followed in your organization. Like General guidelines of do's and dont's regarding handling sensitive information e.g. passwords not being shared, company info not leaking, etc.
And some specific to client work – that is if you are working on a critical assignment some non-disclosure agreement with the team, etc.
I need to frame a Confidentiality Agreement for our organisation and your inputs will be really helpful. You can email me at
Thanks and regards,

Dear Mmataji,
No need to frame a confidntial agreements separately. First select the cadres and desigated empoyees. Then according to the committe members of the recruitment and selection board of your organisation ,you may frame the appointment letter , in that you mention the jobdescription including what to do? what not to do? of the respective designated cadres posts.
