Hi,
I worked in company from Dec-2005.But the company was legally started working from June-2006 only.
So, from June-06 onwards PF amount was stated detecting.
Now I’m resigned from my job and last working day is 30th October, 2008.
I would like to know what I can claim for my full & final settlement.
Somebody is telling that once two years completed with an organization and they have to pay 15 days salary per year during F&F settlement.
Please clarify!

As a person hailing from Bangalore, Karnataka, I am already contributing to citehr in my own way, and Umesh will vouch for that. Out of the 41 entries posted, only Lingaraju seems to have understood the idea of this site and started to share some useful links. All the others seem to say how wonderful it is to join or that they would like to join.
My advice would be for one of you, who has shown interest, to start collecting information about others and prepare a databank of interested members. The data should include a member's name, organization he/she works for, position, email/phone number, field of expertise, etc. This information can be relayed to the members via their email.
