Can anybody suggest how I can inform all of my internal staff to provide personal and professional references for our urgent job requirements? Please guide me on how to write a letter for the same as the requirement is very urgent, and I aim to fulfill it through internal references.

Hi Ankita,
The best way to do that is to send a mass email to all your employees with the details of the job requirement. Also, if it is acceptable within your organization, you can post the same requirement as an internal job posting. If any existing employee qualifies for the same and gets a no-objection letter from the current manager, they can apply for the post.
To ensure a positive and quality response, you can announce a referral bonus or gift, which an employee can claim once the person joins the organization and spends 1-3 months (depending upon the feasibility) with the organization.
